Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Green Bogey Group LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company that owns and operates Gridiron Betting Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites and applications (the "Service").
2. Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and your password. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash; we cannot see it, and we never store it in plain text.
- Subscription information. We keep a record of which plan you are on, whether your account is paid, and when your account was created. Payments themselves are handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Preferences and bet log. If you use them, we store your bet-sizing settings (weekly budget, style, and preferred sportsbook) and the bets you choose to log in the bet tracker (the game, the bet, the amount, and the result) so they sync to your account. This is information you enter yourself; we do not receive anything from sportsbooks. You can delete tracked bets at any time, and deleting your account deletes all of it.
- Session cookie. We set a single cookie named gbl_session when you log in. It is an essential cookie used only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit (such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in server logs used for security and to keep the Service running.
- Support email. If you email us at help@gridironbettinglabs.com, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and improve the Service.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to: create and secure your account; provide the content included in your plan; process and record payments through our payment processor; respond to support requests; send essential service emails (such as receipts, renewal notices, or important changes to the Service or these policies); and comply with legal obligations. We do not send marketing email without your consent, and every non-essential email includes a way to opt out.
4. We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as our hosting provider and payment processor), and only to the extent needed for them to do their jobs, or where required by law.
5. Sportsbook links
The Service may link you to third-party sportsbooks. Once you leave our Service, the sportsbook's own privacy policy governs. We do not receive your betting activity or account details from sportsbooks.
6. Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and restricted access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password.
8. Your choices and rights
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, yourself, from your Account page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, such as the right to access, correct, or receive a copy of your personal information; we will honor valid requests as required by the law that applies to you. To make a request, email us at help@gridironbettinglabs.com. We will never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
9. Children
The Service is strictly for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we delete any such account we discover.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email.
11. Contact
For any question or request about this Privacy Policy or your personal information, including a request to access, correct, or delete it, email help@gridironbettinglabs.com. We answer privacy requests as required by the law that applies to you. For business or press inquiries, email hello@greenbogey.com.
